I’m Carlos Franco, Owner & Founder of ReVibe Facilities, bringing over two decades of leadership to transform your spaces with exceptional cleaning services. From July 2018 to July 2025, I served as an Operations Manager in commercial cleaning, overseeing daily operations, client satisfaction, and quality control while leading a team of 90 employees—with invaluable support from supervisors. My success stemmed from attention to clients, but more from caring for my staff—many balancing full-time jobs with part-time night cleaning—supporting their needs to deliver outstanding service. This shaped ReVibe’s commitment to vibrant, eco-friendly environments.

Earlier, I built my expertise through various leadership roles starting in 2001. I managed sales support teams, developed marketing strategies that grew partnerships significantly, led territory sales operations, and oversaw large sales teams with data-driven growth initiatives. This diverse background fuels ReVibe Facilities, blending operational excellence with a passion for creating clean, safe, and welcoming spaces for businesses, students, and guests.
