Pay: $18/hour
Schedule:
- Wednesday, Thursday & Friday: 10:15 PM – 12:30 AM
- Saturday: 7:15 PM – 9:30 PM
Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented custodian to join our team. This part-time evening position is ideal for someone looking for consistent, short shifts.
Responsibilities:
- General cleaning and sanitizing of assigned areas
- Trash removal
- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Clean and restock restrooms as needed
- Ensure all doors are properly secured and locked after hours
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry 30–50 pounds
- Ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable transportation
- Prior cleaning experience is a plus (not required)

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented cleaner to maintain vacation rental properties. This part-time role is perfect for someone who takes pride in keeping spaces spotless and welcoming for guests.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
- Change linens and make beds
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all areas
- Restock supplies (toilet paper, soap, towels, etc.)
- Report any maintenance issues or damages
- Ensure properties are guest-ready on schedule
Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30–50 pounds
- Attention to detail and efficiency
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable transportation
- Prior cleaning or hospitality experience preferred but not required

We are looking for detail-oriented and dependable cleaners for vacant apartment turnovers. Units must be fully cleaned and ready for new tenants.
This is a great opportunity for consistent work as the number of units increases.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all surfaces
- Wipe inside cabinets, drawers, and flat surfaces
- Clean glass, mirrors, and windows (interior)
- Remove trash and ensure no debris or hair is left behind
- Final quality check before leaving the unit
Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry 30–50 pounds
- Ability to work independently

- Weekend Cleaner – Flexible Schedule (Centennial, Lone Tree, littleton, Englewood & Denver )
Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented weekend cleaner to service multiple facilities (approximately 4–5 locations). This position is ideal for someone looking for consistent weekend work with a flexible schedule.
Work can be completed in approximately 11 hours total per weekend, depending on efficiency and route.
Responsibilities:
- General cleaning and sanitizing of assigned facilities
- Trash removal and replacement of liners
- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Cleaning and restocking restrooms
- Ensuring all areas are clean, presentable, and secure after service
- Reporting any issues or damages
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to manage time across multiple locations
- Reliable transportation (required)
- Prior cleaning experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to lift up to 30–50 lbs if needed
Schedule:
- Weekend shifts (flexible timing)
- Typically completed in one day
- Routes include approximately 4–5 facilities
